Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each print product is custom made to order through our production partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once your order is placed, the item is created specifically for you.
This custom production method helps reduce unnecessary inventory, making our process more sustainable and environmentally friendly. Please double-check sizes, colors, and product details before purchasing.
If there is a production defect or your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away with photos, and we will be happy to assist you.
How does shipping work for jewelry versus print products?
All jewelry pieces are handmade by me and shipped directly from my studio. These orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase.
Print products (such as apparel, stickers, totes, etc.) are fulfilled by my supplier and ship directly from their facilities. Because of this, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Why are there two shipping charges at checkout?
Since I personally ship all jewelry and my print products are shipped by my supplier, there are two separate shipping sources. This means your jewelry will arrive directly from me, and your print items will arrive from my supplier in a separate package. Each requires its own shipping fee
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Jewelry: Ships within 2–3 business days. Shipping time depends on the method you select at checkout.
- Print Products: Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product and supplier location, but most orders ship within 5–10 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If your order includes both jewelry and print products, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
